DEPOSIT POLICY

 

A deposit is the amount of money used as security or collateral for delivery of our services - by paying a deposit you are agreeing to a contract of sale. A £50 non-refundable deposit is taken for any first appointment or if purchasing a treatment course and the remainder of the balance is to be paid at your first appointment. (If your treatment costs less than £50 then we would usually require you to pay for your first appointment in full upfront) We can hold a deposit to secure any offers/discounts for a maximum of 3 months - if not used within this timeframe then the deposit will be void. Deposits are non-refundable so please do not pay a deposit unless you are certain that you would like to go ahead with your treatment/purchase. Deposits are deducted from the treatment cost.

NO SHOWS / SHORT NOTICE CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE 

 

We understand that sometimes things can happen that are out of our control, therefor we will allow for 1 missed appointment or short notice cancellation, however if you miss your appointment or cancel/rearrange with less than 48 hours notice more than once, then we reserve the right to retain your deposit and there will be a cancellation fee of £50 (on top of your treatment cost) you will not be rebooked until that is paid. If you have paid in full for a block of treatments you will loose a session off your course. In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of treatment will be forfeited.

 

Attending your appointment is your responsibility, all we ask is that you make sure when booking your appointments with us that it is on a day/time that is definitely convenient for you in order to avoid any charges. If you do need to change it is not a problem - please give as much notice as possible and we will be happy to assist you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note we do not offer refunds so please do not purchase something unless you are certain you want to go ahead - we are not a bank we cannot hold an amount of money for you. If you have changed your mind ahead of the treatment, you will usually have the option to swap to something else but we do not give refunds. Client satisfaction is our priority and we always aim to give 10/10 service - but if for whatever reason you are unhappy with something, please complete a contact form which can be found on the homepage and we will contact you to discuss and resolve. Our procedures and products may not be suitable for you and whilst all due care and skill are exercised in treating our clients, ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you, so please bare this in mind before agreeing to a contract of sale. If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals or treatment areas. Pre-pays have a 12-month expiry date.

If you have paid through a third party (e.g. Klarna) and need to change or cancel for whatever reason, then you must contact us first - if you do this on your end you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of £50. 

 

In order for us to provide you with great service, it is fundamental that you provide all information requested in completing consent forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments. You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment. We encourage you to work with your practitioner or health professional on what you can achieve with your treatment. Consultations are completely FREE for any treatment and we can discuss our treatments and policies with you in person.

ATTENDING YOUR APPOINTMENT

We do ask if you can please attend your appointment alone whenever possible unless it is completely necessary to bring a chaperone (if nervous for example) or unless you have asked us beforehand as we are a very busy clinic and there is not a lot of room. Especially for children; it is not a child friendly environment and you cannot look after your child if you are getting treatment done and we are not responsible for watching them or if they come to any harm whilst being in clinic. There are usually multiple people working and it can be distracting for the technician and also inconsiderate of other clients appointments. We want to provide a nice relaxing service and best experience for all of our clients.

FREE CONSULTATIONS

​

We offer completely free consultations for any treatment if you would like to come in and discuss the different available options, arrange patch tests etc however, if you book a free consultation and fail to attend there will be no more free appointments - consultations would cost £30.

SUBSCRIPTIONS / FACIAL CLUB

​

All policies still stand for subscriptions. We do not offer refunds - if you decide to end your subscription you will not receive any refunds or any further treatments (unless you renew your subscription). If you miss a payment we will contact you once to attempt to re-take, if unsuccessful we will cancel your plan.
